About the Travel Guide Magazine download:
1. We use the eSellerate payment gateway. It is a secure and convenient way for you to get your monthly Travel Guide Magazine.
2. In the Travel Guide Magazine, you will get the first 20 pages free, then the eSellerate payment gateway appears.
3. Follow the simple steps to activate your magazine. The magazine is normally in the region of 400 pages.

5. Please note: The magazine has a huge amount of information and awesome photographs. Therefore, the downloads are fairly large - in the region of 15-18MB per issue. So, if your connection to the internet is slow, please be patient, especially those downloading in Africa. If you find it impossible to download from the internet, please feel free to contact us, and we will send you the download on a CD. You simply download to your hard drive, and you follow the procedures as outlined in 1-3.

DOWNLOADING YOUR TRAVEL GUIDE MAGAZINE:
When you click below:
1. The window may query the software. The download is virus free, and it is okay to download the magazine
2. When the window pops up, you have an option to open or to save the magazine. Create a folder on your computer for magazine downloads and SAVE the magazine. You then open the magazine. When you get to page 20, you can follow the payment procedure wih eSellerate. For more information see Download Instructions

Step 2. Download the Travel Guide you wish to purchase. When the window
            pops up, use the save feature,
            not open the open feature. A warning box may
            appear.
            Please note the download size. Some of the
            downloads have great images included, so they
            tend to make the downloads quite heavy.
            If you live in Africa, and you only have a
            telephone line available, you may struggle to
            download from here. ( Iburst, Sentech, ADSL takes
            approximately 20 mins to download in South Africa,
            Internationally this is faster.) Please contact us,
            and we will mail your download copy to you on CD

Step 4. Follow the Esellerate ( Payment Gateway- USA)
            instructions to activate your travel guide.
            Please Note: Step 1, 3 and 4 will still apply if we
            send you the download on CD

SORTING OUT DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS:
Please remember to print your receipt when you see the prompt on your screen.
You will also receive an email with your purchase details. On both of these, you will find your order number.

You have paid for the download, but you forgot to save it to your hard drive and now you have paid for a magazine you don't have.
1. Download the magazine again. When the window pops up to "run" or "save". Choose save. Save the magazine in a folder on your hard drive.
2. After you have downloaded the magazine, open it. When you get to page 20 you will see the eSellerate prompt again.
3. Push the Alt key on your keyboard
4. The button in the bottom right hand corner will change to re-install. Click on this and follow the re-install instructions. You have now sucessfully unlocked your magazine.

What happens when you re-format your drive and you want to acccess your magazine again?
Follow the exact same steps as above. You can also keep a back up of your magazine on CD. When you have to re-format, you do not have to download it from our site again.

What happens when you change computers?
Your magazine will only work on one computer.

What happens when I make copies for all my friends and business assosiates?
Your friends will reach page 20, and will then be prompted to pay for their copy.

What happens when my company promotes the magazine at Travel shows and wants a 100 copies?
