All work undertaken has lead to the format we use for the magazine. These brochures are mailed from the reservations dept . Each has a booking form. Using image to sell tourism. The receiver gets a visually pleasing comprehensive electronic brochure ( not a fax ) that sits on his hard drive. Its quick, (elicits quick response and email as opposed to snail mail) its cost effective,( no printed brochure cost, no postage cost) its professional ( not a faxed copy) and he can’t loose it.( This was an enormous project that we completed within a month. Many companies have gone out there with great ideas to market tourism products electronically, without being able to indicate whether they can actually achieve the objective. We have the skill to complete large projects such as this, effectively and professionally in a short space of time. We have also researched this market for the past four years. Type in e-brochures. We have close working relationships with the Grading Council, SAT, All provincial tourism bodies and many of the more localised tourism bodies. We have also worked with WTO to promote tourism products using electronic media. 6. Kwazulu Natal Parks and Nature Reserves Travel Guide This is a CD Travel Guide ( 650 Pages) Another large project completed in 6 weeks, with a very small staff complement.
